The maximum number of guests allowed per property is indicated on the respective property page. Exceeding the guest capacity is strictly prohibited.

The Properties are for residential use only. Parties, events, and commercial activities are not permitted without prior written permission from The Gaur.

Guests are responsible for respecting the property and keeping it clean and tidy. Any damage or loss caused by guests will be charged at the guest's expense.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all Properties. Designated smoking areas may be available at some properties.

Pets are only allowed at The 05 Bedroom Kuamoni Villagestay Almora with prior approval and an additional fee.
6. Internet Usage:

Wi-Fi internet access is available at all Properties. Fair usage policy applies. Downloading of illegal content or excessive bandwidth usage is prohibited.

The Gaur takes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury to personal belongings or persons on the Properties. Guests are responsible for obtaining any necessary travel insurance.

The Gaur reserves the right to terminate a reservation or refuse service to any guest at its sole discretion, without liability.
